Total Fitness Connection has a wide variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels.  Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve cardio, burn fat or simply have fun we have plenty of class options to fit your needs. There are classes at both gym locations.

A Few We Offer Are:

This enjoyable, high-intensity high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routine uses the Tabata training method, which consists of eight rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to quickly increase heart rate and body movement.

A traditional cardio exercise is step aerobics. For one straightforward reason—it produces results—it has endured for decades. The “step” is an elevated platform that ranges in size from 4 to 12 inches. You exercise your heart rate, breathing, and muscle strength by stepping up, down, and around the platform in various patterns.

The phrase “indoor cycling class” refers to a fitness program that takes place inside a classroom and uses stationary exercise bicycles that are specifically designed, typically with weighted flywheels. Each session offers a high-energy workout, an effective technique to burn calories (reduce weight), and a strategy to build strength, power, and endurance.

Strength, stability, posture, appropriate breath control, and flexibility are the main goals of a mat-based Pilates class. Every session will aim to achieve a balance between the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups, with a focus on strengthening the core muscles with each movement.

Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet are the components taught in a 50-minute class. Designed for all fitness levels, this class allows beginners or trained athletes to experience an intense, full-body workout.

Kickboxing is where quick cardio is mixed with martial arts techniques.

For people of all ages and fitness levels, Zumba classes combine international and latin music and dance to create a dynamic, calorie-burning workout.
