Included with our premium memberships is a free exercise/nutrition 101 session. In this 30 minute session we help you begin your program correctly allowing you to achieve your goals safely and without wasting time, energy, and expense! Our trainers will set you up on a beginning program of cardio and strength utilizing our equipment and systems! Danny Dewalt

I was raised here in Bowling Green, Kentucky. My love for fitness began at a young age. My dad was a big inspiration growing up, always challenging me to do push-ups before bed. I grew up wanting to learn everything about fitness and enrolled at Campbellsville University. I was there for two years, then transferred to WKU, where I am currently studying Exercise Science and Physical Therapy. I have a certification in basic and advanced personal training. I’m also a track coach at Bowling Green High School. I would love to help you reach your full potential either in sports enhancement or with personal one on one sessions.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

The Group Personal Training program combines the advantages of a traditional aerobics program with the scientific knowledge, motivation, and individual instruction provided by a a TFC personal trainer. These classes are limited in size based on fitness level! This allows the instructor to vary the program impeding your body’s ability to adapt therefore maximizing your fitness peak.

These classes are unique to each of the TFC facility, utilizing the specific amenities available while using the structure of a scientifically sound program developed by our professionals. Our classes change frequently allowing for variety in your exercise program!
