Short and Intense Workouts

The sport of Cross Training and Bootcamp has become increasingly popular over the last decade.  These workouts are generally completed in 40 minutes or less and aimed to keep your body in a constant state of motion. Cross training increases strength and endurance. Our Three Springs Road location has 4 cross training stations and includes all of the equipment that comes standard with these workouts including rowing machines.
